This is exactly what I needed. Thank you!
ОтветитьGreat stuff.
I was looking that for ages
For these progressions, how quickly should one progress from Level 1 to 4 if they have no current injury but simply lack the proper ROM? I.e. what would be a reasonable time frame for progression?
ОтветитьGenius
ОтветитьGreetings from Sweden! How do u know when to move from one progrrssion to another?
ОтветитьWhat should be the scapula position when doing these exercises?
ОтветитьEverything I was looking for all packed in one. Thank you very much!
ОтветитьDo you have one for hip range?

ОтветитьWill this help with shoulder popping as well?
ОтветитьI have spent months trawling through You Tube videos trying to find exercises to help my shoulder injury. Here and there you find one or two exercises, but this is a complete programme. Easy to follow levels for everyone. This is seriously the best thing I have ever watched. I am diligently following along and progressing through the levels. My mental health was really suffering but after finding this I can honestly say YOU have shone a little light at the end of the tunnel. Sincerely thank you so so much😇
ОтветитьNeed to improve my shoulder flexion for handstands, this seems like some good stretches for it

Ответитьwhat a goat thank you my friend such a variety of movements lovely stuff
ОтветитьBrilliant content !!! Nice demos , great compilation !
Ответитьhow often should you do stretches? and when should you do them?
ОтветитьWould a 90º internal rotation (equivalent to external one) will be ever needed or recommendable? I'm wondering if achieving a greater range of motion and power in both external/internal rotation will help me to recover from recurrent shoulder pain related to impingment and biceps tendonitis.
ОтветитьExcellent pmease traslation spanish
ОтветитьGreat content, clear and concise. Cheers mate!
ОтветитьExercises for extremely frozen shoulder in a 71 year old man?
ОтветитьThank you very much mate for this exercise!!!! I had collarbone surgery and this exercise helps me a lot for my motion shoulder and elbow!!! Amazing video!
ОтветитьMan this was a great breakdown!
Ответитьthis must be the BEST video on the subject I've seen- thanks a million ❤!!
ОтветитьWhat if, for the external rotation self-assessment, I can't get my elbow to the wall with my arm out to the side?
ОтветитьI am limited in supine shoulder ER, so i will try the exercises with a dovel. But i am also limited during the standing 90 degrees of shoulder flexion, elbows bent 90degrees, and then externally rotating on my left. Would the dovel exercise improve it also? I tried band ER while raising the arm to 90° shoulder flexion but i am not sure that it is a right one
Ответить@E3Rehab: My right hand external, internal, flexion and abduction is not happening like my left arm. Can it be cured with exercise? I am very stressed due to this problem. Please help me
ОтветитьYou should get some award for this. Wonderful video. Absolutely no-nonsense and extremely comprehensive. Hats off to you guys.

ОтветитьI have zero movement when doing external rotation. It will not move until and unless I use the other hand to support it.
