we have the same body type and just seeing you being so confident, free and with such great vibes makes me so emotional (in a good way). For the longest time I tried to hide my body but also wearing clothes that didn't fit me or was advised by people who don't have this body type. Now I'm slowly opening myself up to trying new clothes, finding the right clothes for my favourite features and hoping I can arrive in a place of self love and acceptance. I am 63 and developed into an apple shape over the last year. I have been searching everywhere, trying to figure out how to dress. I am also only 5 feet tall with bigger bust. It has been almost impossible to find clothes. Thank you.

Here's why these tips don't work for me. I'm a B cup, large belly, and hips. 5'6". I can no longer find thick padded bras. I suppose I need ruffles, scarves, shawls, anything to bulk up my top. But I get so hot and cannot tolerate the layers around my neck! Very unhappy with my body.

I'm apple shaped and busty. And yes peplum tops and v necked tops look good on me as well as wrap dresses.
And belts wide stretchy belts cinch in my waist. Love em

Thank you for your video tips. My body size is 36 bust (mostly back), 36 waist ( mostly front), 40 hips. Hate my shape at the moment. Did get right down before Covid but now back up again. Having to buy bigger clothes as others don’t fit around the waist sadly. Anyway onwards and upwards.

Very helpful video and just adding to your knowledge, I have found longer fit and flare tops with a swing to be flattering as they balance the overall shape. A fit and flare princess A-line is also flattering and depending on length, will draw attention to trim legs or calves. Another factor is finding the colours, fabrics and prints that work with your skin tones (undertones and overtones!).
