Thanks once again for another of your always enlightening and inspiring videos. I have been studying the Martial Arts for several decades now and of late have been amassing a collection of your videos ands studying several of them and am constantly impressed with your style and grace of movement. This new system that you have introduced here is very interesting. I have studied various forms of Shaolin Martial Arts , Tai Chi , and Qigong and found relief from various physical ailments that have plagued me over the years. Some of which traditional doctors have failed to be able to identify, and or diagnose. Keep the good work , and going forward into this next year I hope that you find all of the personal and professional, and spiritual growth that you seek from what seems to be some new directions of both teaching and personal enlightenment for you. As Io watch you working with your students I am so impressed with the way you interact with them. It reminds me of various Sifu's I have worked with over the years. One of which is no longer with us on this earth, God rest his soul. I see a lot of him in you and dedicate all of my training to his memory. I have studied many of the systems that you have presented in your videos and and particularly drawn to the 13 Luohan Form. Thanks for sharing so much of your self with all of us and Happy New Year to you and all of your students.

My name is Brandon Blubaugh I'm 37 and I wanted to ask you were u think I should start in martial arts any help would be appreciated thank you for your time.

You should have a meeting with Sadhguru from Isha foundation and shares ideas, he is a yogi and a speaker like you. Making a better world 🌎 there are so many similar ideas that’s meeting each other really would help the lives of many people will be better ❤❤❤❤

I know there are many dedicated practitioners who have practiced for decades and wishing to be graded by this Duan Pin system, the funny thing is this system was established last year, maybe not too long after your temple gone rival on the internet, so they heard about you and try to manage you by offering this system just because Shaolin arts are originated from their country, for me personally, what they have demonstrated maybe skillful enough to be ranked or graded as master level or Duan 8, Duan9 level, but no one does the same thing as shifu Shi heng yi does, because he is more than martial arts or Shaolin gongfu, he is the light, even if I feel it’s a bit unfair to grade him just level one, anyway, choose your heart, not your ego, a certification doesn’t explain anything, and please don’t let them break your harmony. ❤
