It is utterly terrifying how quick people are to defend, protect, and even enable child predators. So horrific and is why you really can't just automatically trust people you meet online just because they seem cool and likeable.

I think it’s hilariously ironic how Camila hates those who speaks up against her. She’s like a middle school bully in the situation.

I made the mistake of calling this drama. I won’t be doing that again. It’s more of a serious situation. Calling it drama is part of the reason why these kids got in the messed up situation to begin with.

And the glitchtale series is awful, but I won’t be talking about personal opinions here.

the way crystal uses this "sweet" voice during this situation is just sickening, the whole time there is a LACK of accountability, and no matter who you are we can all agree its fucked up that she tried her best to put blame on the child.

in the whole "artty acts like a child so she cant make adult decisions" fucking infuriates me because you can have a child-like personality, but still have the wherewithal to make informed decisions as an adult. just because someone has a child-like personality and/or interests doesn't mean that they have the mental capacity of a child. its entirely possible she intentionally put forth that kind of demeanor to seem more friendly and fly under the radar. child-like behaviors and personality aren't the only thing that makes someone a minor believe it or not.

Im glad we have people like you, willing to go to lengths on topics like these and exposing these kinds of idiots. Gives me some hope for humanity.

I can't believe it, in 2018 I first played Undertale and watched Glitchtale and became my favorites thanks to him and now that I just found out I'm shocked.

Somehow, this manage to make break my heart more than any character deaths in Glitchtale.

Wow. Holy crap! All these years I was subscribed to her and waiting for another episode of glitchtale back when I was an undertale fan and I was never aware of such bad stuff. I'm really sickened by it.

I used to be a user called teresaisitired. I was, and am, a small scale Undertale creator. I was 13 while she was 21, 14 and 22, 15 and 23, etc. We'd text each other back and forth on Twitch and Tumblr, and I'd even give her family gifts for various holidays. I was even considering using my life savings to go see her in Chile. She knew I was 13, 14, 15, etc. because it was on my bios. I thought she was acting just like any other girl my age until the past year revealed the ugly truth that she was nothing more than a terribly emotionally stunted, predatory, 21 year old woman.

As someone who was never really into drama and loved watching glitchtale, seeing this video kinda hurts me. I didn’t know much about Camilla, but glitchtale was one of my favorite things back in my more undertale fandom days. Seeing this has me disgusted, I’m glad what they’ve done is being told to people now.

My “favorite” part of her response is that she talks about how horrible it is for the other victim that they have to relive their trauma when the person accusing is a victim too. A huge part of r*pe culture and how it gets so pervasive is that people like victims better when they’re docil and they don’t wanna be too mean. If you aren’t a perfect victim, then your accusations are treated as hysterical or mean spirited. It effectively silences victims because they’ll be shamed for coming out, and it turns the general public into ignoring real issues because a “real” victim would be more shy or because the rules of decency weren’t followed. It was a bad move and harmful for Crystal to bring up another victim’s trauma without asking, but it ISN’T bad or harmful for a victim to speak out against the people they feel are responsible for their harm. The validity of a victim that copes by not talking about it doesn’t precede the validity of a victim who does want and need to talk about it, and vice versa. She’s simplifying the situation just so it sounds more favorable, but clearly she cares less about victims and more about her own image.

This is the first time I’ve heard of any of this. I saw Glitchtale back when it was just blossoming as a series and the writing has gotten higher in quality since. It is easy to say that Glitchtale is one of the best AU’s out there. I am shocked to learn of how much bad rep Camilla Cuevas has built up. Given the nature of Glitchtale’s story, I find it hard to believe that the person behind it would do anything to lie to their community in such a way that negatively affects parties involved. It just, does not make logical sense to me

not only did [jakei and] camilla get me back into my undertale phase with her aniamtion [espeically with season 2, bete noire animation, summer 2021,] and were also used as references when my art peaked, but they both have amazing talent.

I really love Camilla’s glitchtale series and animations and I really love her but I really do not like the fact that she had done this. Very terrible.

Okay but why did Peaches go to Camilla, there's already bad blood there, it was pointless because Camilla already has her own warped view of Peaches and had decided a long time ago to be a mule whenever Peaches was in the equation.

I still love Glitchtale but Camila...i am afraid i won't forgive her anymore...I want normal Camila back :(
