I honestly think at least for the Bears that Rome and Caleb are “holding out” so the contracts can be signed during Hard Knocks. Have a good feeling the contracts are all worked out they’re just gonna be signed on the show. Only reason I question that is if there’s plans for them both to play in the HOF game would contracts have to be signed before that? Because Hard Knocks comes out after the game.
