Que picardia, si no lo pasan al español nos perdemos toda esa explicación.
ОтветитьGreat video! ❤
Ответитьtoo complicated for a simple job
ОтветитьSuggest making a template unit about 10% heavier and taller (different sizes) then rubber mold for wax model. You will loose apprx 3% wax shrinkage in cooling. Then if you do castings add a few models (different sizes) to sprue to build stock settings availability. Easier and faster to refinish and fit when variety available. PS, no solder line. 😉 Excellent from scratch instruction which is essential basic knowledge.👍
ОтветитьI am so grateful for this video. I have been having so many problems making a cone. I have to watch this several times to really get it right. THANK YOU
ОтветитьIs this method is more recommended than creating a tube and then taper it in the conical bezel block? One teacher told he doesn't like the method of creating the tube because the bezel thickness always comes out asymmetric and in general that it's less accurate..is ot true?
ОтветитьHow do you decide what's the height of the bezel? For example, I want to file prongs from the cone itself.
ОтветитьHi, how do you recycle your silver shavings? I have about 50g of silver splinters and dust and would like to reuse it, do you perhaps have any tips? Love your videos
ОтветитьMás voy a tardar en hacer esto q en la pieza completa
ОтветитьI really loved this video. I woulda coulda, shoulda been a jeweler my whole life. 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 Its so much fun to make. I'm still surprised when a client buys a pendant from me. 🤣❤️❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьHow about this. Take a small piece of thick paper. Roll it into a cone and glue it. Hold the stone woth the wax thingy, and stick it down the cone, where you have made a few lines, and notice whitch one, it fits. Use that as a template to cut your metal, and make the come a bit longer than needed, and file it down to fit 100%. NOT to say anything about this skilled methode, just for those who aren't as mathy aso. As long as we reach a perfect result, the task is solved.
ОтветитьBosdiwale
Ответитьvery useful video.
ОтветитьDang thats some great deals!!! Wow
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ответить🐝💤💫💓💥👍
ОтветитьCan you use this template for square stones or would it be a different template?
ОтветитьSmart and effective working 💯
Ответитьgood tip, good lesson!
ОтветитьWell yes, it works, but it takes perhaps 20 minutes and some skill. If you use a bezel block it takes 2 minutes and there is no trouble. I think you can't just do without it, unless you have plenty of time on your hands.
ОтветитьThankyou, this will be a great help.
ОтветитьYour really good why dont you come teaching at my tafe
ОтветитьOhhh that would look good acid washed . The lines would be black after a dip in acid and a sanding
ОтветитьThank you very much , much helpful, thank you for sharing every detail at normal speed.
Thank you again.. more pls
Very detailed and in-depth. Thanks for sharing 🤗🤗🤗🤗
ОтветитьThis was so very helpfull to me. Looking and listening to a bright calm jewelry man who explains fantastic with that nice "australian" accent..😂 A pleasure! Thank you very much again for showing your skills.
Have a nice evening. Mieke
You really have to drink less coffee 😂
Ответить“So easy” — whaaaa? I’m glad this method exists but hooboy.
ОтветитьNice work
ОтветитьMay I know the name of this tool you use to make cone in last
ОтветитьIs template still avavible cant find anywhere
ОтветитьDo you have a lesson like this for a trillion shaped collet?
ОтветитьBrilliant , I am going to try to make a template as have really struggled with making collets and don’t have a collet block . Many thanks cazwadejewellery
ОтветитьFantastic contents video brother.Keep it up
Ответить💛👌
ОтветитьMe lo puedes traducir en Español, por favor
ОтветитьReally struggling to understand why you subtracted the thickness of the sheet from the circumference of the stone. Surely you should be adding the thickness as otherwise the physical hole for the stone in your collet will be too small, or are you just counting fixing this with the collet block and trial and error. Mathematically it doesn’t make sense to me unless you know that you are going to stretch it by a given amount in the shaping process, and if so, is that always the width? I’m confused!
Ответитьwhere is the template? Thank you!
ОтветитьDoes anyone know where is the video on setting the stone in this setting.
ОтветитьMan I can't appreciate enough for this tip you gave us on your Video...
Its awesome, you almost saved me on making project like this one...
I wish the best
And again THANK YOU SSSSSOOOOO MUUUUUUCH💎❣💎❣💎
I used to do sheetmetal work, and used triangulation to make the templates. I think, I can easily apply that knowledge to jewelry making.
ОтветитьThank you so much! I have the template and I have used it! Works perfectly!
ОтветитьWhy buy your tools when you can make your own! Thats exactly why I'll be doing this course. Ty for the video m8, much appreciated 👍
ОтветитьOne of the most efficient things I have watched lately👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьEsse cara é mestre parabéns.
ОтветитьGOD BLESS YOU! for making all the effort teaching us.
ОтветитьI am glad you went through it all. The length of the video is fine, also glad I found this one to use if you don't have the block. Great lesson.
ОтветитьShould of used a conical doming block, saves alot of time. Jeweller ????
