Hello, tanong ko lang po kung kapag nag apply ka sa bpo, naretetain po ba sa system nila yung name at lahat ng details na nilagay ko po nung nag apply ako?

More than a month na po naman nakalipas. Ayoko na pong sabihin na college undergrad ako dahil matatagalan lang sa pagkuha ng tor + gastos pa.

Will apply na lang again sana as hs grad lang.

Hi Kwestyon, just dropping by to ask a question from you. So here's the story, im currently residing here in the US and for the very first time i contacted the AT&T customer service to find out my husband's next billing account because I've taken out my phone service from them and transferred it to a different phone service provider. So i was able to get a hold of a female agent, upon taking my call she was very nice, introduced herself and asked what she could do to help me with, so as a filipino even though im the client i felt nervous talking to her kc im not used tơ speaking a call center agent and honestly i have poor english communication skills, so i also introduced myself and tell her about the purpose of my call, at first hindi nya nagets ung question ko so she asked me to repeat the question one more time. so inulit ko and fortunately nagets na nya and nasagot nmn nya ung tanong ko kung magkano ang billing mg asawa ko. Ako nmn inulit ko lng ung sagot nya to verify kung tama ung narinig ko then all of a sudden she hangs up on me and i felt offended and embarrassed. Nalungkot ako after kasi iniisip ko kung nainis ba sya sakin dahil nakulitan or di nya masyado gets ung salita ko. Iniisip ko baka nag roll eyes pa sya before maghang up. pwede po ba ireklamo ung ganun attitude kasi nice nmn ako sa knya so dpt be patient sya sakin kasi nandoon sya sa position nya to help me regardless of my accent or the way i speak.

I went to the Call Center Interview today morning and I answered all the questions asked by the Hiring Manager and she was talking about the Salary expectation and when Can I join to the job? And she took my Resume and School result sheet and said they will send the details of the job today before 4pm in my Gmail.But didn't send? Is that mean am I not Selected 😢? But answered all the questions in the interview correctly. what Shall i do now? or did she forgot to send?

My i ask are this the typical questions you get when you applied? i heard that mostly now at 2023 interviewers use to ask situational or out of the box questions to see how strong your communication skills..
