ОтветитьThought I'd take it easy with these sitting down relaxing exercises but they were anything but easy! By the time I got to the leg lifts I knew I'd have to work! Anyway, fantastic workout. Do you sell those bands as I'd like very much to buy them if you do. Thank you so much.

ОтветитьEverybody, independent of age, should try out these exercises ! To find out if You have weak points in your muscles when sitting down. If so, it should affect Your posture when sitting down and You don´t want that !!
