They white semen was cloudy, reading online seems to suggest a problem with the bladder head muscle. Are these the proper exercises for this problem??? I also feel like urine is coming into my penis by itself, but it doesn't leak out. Please help

Quick summary of the video below
Remember the correct technique: Shorten the penis, Stop the flow of urine, and tighten your anus.
1. Maximum Effort: Apply the above technique with maximum effort
2. Upright Position: Do them in different position ie lying down, sitting and standing.
3. Number of Kegel: 9 Kegel exercises per set ie 3x laying, 3x sitting, 3x standing. 2x times per day. The goal is to hold each exercise for 10 seconds while applying your maximum effort
4. Rest: Rest for 10 seconds before moving onto the next exercise. Do them 2-3 times per weak

But should i try to squeeze as hard i can to get more effective exercises ?

I did kegal exercise for about 2-3 days and i have been having a feeling burning sensation in the back of my scrotum and i feel the urge too pee frequently after doing the exercises. My bowels are also little tight. Feels like kegel isn't safe exercise to do . I'm only 24 and I'm scared to death.

I noticed there are 2 different muscle or different ways of exercising. One muscle is to hold back from flow & the other one to get erected. Is it good to work both muscles with slowly holding and slowly releasing?
