How do I replace "to be" verbs with dead verbs in the following paragraph?

Disneyland is the greatest theme park in Southern California. Its rides range
from thrilling to relaxing, so there is something for everybody, no matter his
or her age. Restaurants of all kinds can be found to accommodate every taste.
Every "land" has its own theme and feel to it. A day spent at Disneyland is
a good day!

I would like you to teach me how to replace "to be" verbs with dead verbs
online for a change. As a child, I did not receive a proper education.

How to say if we want to use in nominal ( Adjective, Adverb, Noun)
Ex.
I am sad right now
Or I am being sad right now?

I am in your home right now
Or I am Being in your home right now?

Because in Present continuous Some people said, S + be + Adjective/ Adverb/ Noun but another said that S + be + being + adj/ Adv/ Noun.

Which Those are true?

Why it is:

"If we hadn’t been at the beach today we wouldn’t HAVE seen whales" - Instead of HAD seen whales?

I want to ask
In the example sentence "My computer wasn't being cooperative today" , why do we use was and today in the same sentence instead of using "is" because the context is in the present , I think It's not grammatically correct,

Why must we use to be or be before an adjective? For example:- be happy or to be happy. Are they both the same meaning? Can we use it before noun, verb, and adverb?
