As far as I’m concerned these penalty run ups are getting outta hand. He’s pretty much coming to a complete stop before striking the ball. As long as I’ve been around futbol and played the game. That is not allowed your stopping your forward progress.

That handball call was EMBARRASSING. The hand literally deviated the pass INTO the path of the forward, who got a shot on target! If he would’ve scored, the goal wouldn’t have been disallowed in favor of the penalty. Illogical ruleset.
