There's a formula in the "Actual Qty" cell, and when I try to change it, it is changed in the cell and working but then when I click on New Adjustment the new formula re-generates again, my question is How I can change the formula and make it as I like please help me understand as simple as possible

How can I download this excel sheet

I have 33 warehouses, and listed them all on Warehouse Locations sheet. The dropdowns for From and To on Received Orders worksheet and Dispatched Orders worksheet are working as expected. But the dropdown on Inventory Management (F4) will only show [All Locations] and the next 4 warehouses. I cannot see warehouse 5 through 33. On Inventory Management, COL A I have entered the location for each warehouse, for example ='Warehouse Locations'!A7, ='Warehouse Locations'!A8. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance for your help! Just started watching your channel and am amazed at what Excel can do and how you teach the subject. I am just in over my head!!
