We did a poll on Instagram and 82% of you said you’ve never tried Afghan food before 😯 It’s sooo good, can't wait for you to try it ❤️ 🇦🇫 Are there any similar dishes in the cuisines you grew up enjoying?
ОтветитьWe need to address the cruel misogyny and abuse that the Taliban is forcing onto Afghan women which stems from patriarchal religion, if we truly want to identify the root problem that is causing the Afghan people suffer.
Ответить❤🇦🇫
Ответитьvery moving <3
ОтветитьShe is not even closer 😢
ОтветитьI am german and work in a childrens home. We got two boys from Afghanistan and i made these recepies for the boys. It was so emotional they thanked me so many times and while eating they had tears in their eyes. Thank you for sharing this ❤❤

ОтветитьBut the beef is not halal. It seems you don’t care for halal and haram. Are you Muslim or Christian?
ОтветитьYour dress does not show you are Afghan.
ОтветитьJust like Afghanistan geographical location its people also sandwiched between Iran, central Asia and South Asia. I’m a Pakistani and my grand parents from both sides came from Jalalabad Afghanistan. Unfortunately, Afghanistan has been used by other countries and it has taken a toll but salute to Afghan people still staying strong. Pakistan army and its intelligence has destroyed Afghanistan by supporting militants.
ОтветитьHay Dios ahora ya se donde se inventaron las quesadillas con salsa verde hahaha
ОтветитьNice cooking ماشاءاللہ
Ответитьhearing you and your mom speak sounded to me like you're from West AFG...Herat maybe?

ОтветитьAfghan Food is Soul. Ashauk, Manto, Bolani, Korma and more. I realising that I'm so happy to come across your channel. Tajigarat Nafas❤.
ОтветитьShe’s such a lovely person. Look and see the potential of the Afghan people when they embrace life in the West. If only the West could be brought to Afghanistan so that the people will flourish like this lovely woman is. God bless you. And by the way I have distant Afghan heritage. Afghan food is incredibly scrumptious. 👍🙏
ОтветитьWe eat manto too in Saudi Arabia, even though it came from Afghanistan but we have our version.
ОтветитьI love how you talk your mom and dad in Dari even though you grow up in Canada.
ОтветитьStop supporting the Taliban!
ОтветитьI feel like this is one of the best videos you've done. I keep coming back to this one. <3
ОтветитьSince "queso" means cheese, when using a tortilla, bolani should be called "bolanilla" 😊
ОтветитьI cried a lot throughout this video. Thank you for doing what you do and all my hopes to the afghan people ❤
Ответить❤❤❤😮😮😮😮😮
ОтветитьI'm from Iran and watching your conversation with your parents was really really amazing. I enjoyed it. We have some foods like yours, khoresh bademjun is something like the last meal. And Sambuse is like ashak but it is fried, not boiled. Wish the best for both Afghans and Iranian. 🎉
ОтветитьYou all look Indian and make food like middle Asian countries inspired by india ❤
ОтветитьI think this was the most beautiful episode I watched! Thank you for sharing your culture! I wish you and your family and your country all the best!❤
ОтветитьHow do you learn Farsi
ОтветитьIn general, there are two types of wheat from which flour is made: Hard northern varieties, and soft southern varieties. Hard wheat is used for bread flour, it forms strong gluten and has a pronounced bready-flavor. Soft wheat is used for biscuits and cakes. The gluten it forms is less strong, but more importantly it tastes very mild with a slight sweet aftertaste. All-Purpose flour is a blend of soft and hard wheats, which makes it usable for everything, but not especially good for anything in particular. Bread flour will rise better, and produce a crisp crust and chewy crumb which makes it very good for bread, but less suitable for sweet pastries, cakes, pasta, or gravies/sauces.
ОтветитьI made multiple of your afghan recipes for a dinner party and people loved the food
ОтветитьAll the lovelies come from Canada 🇨🇦
ОтветитьThe colour for the Shir chai you made is not the Shir chai I’ve been used to which is more closer to pink than the khaki colour.
ОтветитьDefinitely the best video about Afghan Culture and Food so far. Thank you
ОтветитьThank you for sharing all of this culture with us. I can’t wait to try these! Bless you.
ОтветитьAfghan will be saved the day they discard islam. Good luck.
Ответитьafghani food is super awesome!!! best flat bread on planet earth.
ОтветитьWow! it was just amazing. I had Bolani and Ghabeli Polo in Iran made by Afghanistani refugees and it was incredible. You're completely right. Nothing can relate us better than food. Like when Shiraz was related to Afghanistan by that salad you call Salate and we call Salald-e-Shirazi.
ОтветитьThank you. I’m making Ashak right meow
ОтветитьI’m going to try my best to make these dishes
ОтветитьI grew up in the San Fernando valley in the early 90s with a great number of Afghans moved into the neighbor hood. It was such a treat when come lunch or dinner have all the smells of the different ethnic groups. It goes to show the central Asian, Arab and Indian influences in the food.
Ответитьso delicious Tnx

ОтветитьIranian here! Cried listening to you and your mom speak farsi ❤️
