Also, if you had to choose between the Apple Watch SE 2022 and the Garmin forerunner 255 for a beginner who does most workouts indoors (cardio and strength) and cycling outdoors which one would you buy? I’ve seen that the sleep tracking on the Apple Watch is more accurate than the garmin. But the battery life of a garmin is very attractive😅. Thanks!

What be your recommendation between an Apple Watch SE 2n gen and a Garmin Venu 2? I already use a Garmin Edge 530 for cycling. I would like a purchase a fitness watch for start running and track my progression.

Hello, I have an apple watch SE2 and I do gym. But I am wondering, does the apple watch auto detect exercise? Because when i am doing cardio, i have to go to the exercises app and select indoor running/walk.

I just picked up an SE 2 GPS version and did my first run with NRC in a pretty densely populated area. Gotta say I’m pretty disappointed with the mapping of my run afterwards. It has me running off streets and straight through buildings… How can I fix this, I’m sure I’ve set it up wrong?

Why do you need to know your heartrate when doing bicep curls?

Does the lack of blood oxygen sensor and temperature sensors make the sleep tracking less accurate than the series 8? How does the sleep tracking compare to the Garmin Venu?

Do you find the raise to display feature disruptive in running specifically, versus the always-on display of the watch series 8?
