ОтветитьI used to teach Pilates and a variety of sports conditioning classes and I have taken lots of online workout classes for myself- I think this was my favorite format I’ve ever taken! It felt very efficient and the perfect amount of time transitioning between exercises. I get distracted easy with lots of talking but I felt focused and the time flew by! So happy I found you!

ОтветитьNever underestimate a stability ball workout. This was definitely challenging & I am sweating, exactly what I was looking for. Now I’m going to do a 15 min body weight hiit as a finisher. 💪🏼

ОтветитьFor future stability ball videos Id say more time between sets, it's hard to get into position in such little time, otherwise sweaty 🥵 workout, those planks were extremely hard.

ОтветитьI love using the stability ball! This workout made me realize I need to start incorporating it more into my workouts (used to use it all the time at the gym, but not so much anymore). The third circuit I found to be especially challenging!!! Saved this one to my favorites so I can work on that third circuit. Thanks, Heather! :-)
ОтветитьThank you for a more advanced video. In the final third I had to adapt sometimes coming off the ball and doing plain mountain climbers etc because my stability on the ball was questionable. I did crunches to replace knee tucks on the ball, is there any other adaptation you might recommend?

ОтветитьThis is now another favorite of mine. I did the 8 week 4 day workout challenge first and added this at the end. I forgot took at how long this one was.I did 27.50 minutes and then the cool down. Wow!!!!I am feeling it.

ОтветитьSo glad I "bumped" into your site. The low-key approach to teaching appeals to me. I've tried more in-your-face folks here on YT, but the energy level of your approach is just right. Glad to see women my age highlighted on your website. That helps me feel included--I'm very fit for my age; not ready for the geezer workouts even though I am one. I have a 200-hour in Yoga cert., I also have a semi-private trainer, so I know how to align myself. I've subscribed!!
