How can I speak having that many things going on in my head 😢😢 like I have to keep track of coherence and cohesion, sentence structure, correct grammar, correct pronunciation and correct tenses.
I will be thinking and thinking without uttering a single word :(

Hi, I just came back from the speaking test. I got my examiner to repeat 2 questions twice because I didn't give a valid answer but later answered it right. Will that affect my score?
Also, certain questions went little short
Apart from that, I speak naturally and with little error
Regardless, I'm worried if I'll get more than 7 band in speaking.

I noticed some native speakers using “Yes and No” for yes no question. Can I still use it for Y/N Q provided that I still fully explain what I mean by both “yes” and “no”?

Having taken IELTS speaking and got a good score, I can give one useful tip:
DON'T SPEAK FAST because it makes understanding you difficult for an examiner leading to lowered score.
