I'm listening to this video trying to find motivation....I don't have what he had even when he felt like he had nothing he still did...wife k8ds family....hard to find motivation when you don't have those things

If you are dealing with mental health issues, I want to tell you that nothing changes if you don't change your life, I've tried multiple of times to wait for life to change but it didn't, you have to start doing shit you have to force yourself it is so hard but no one is going to save you except yourself. much love , still fighting💔

I had my two years of not taking care of myself during COVID 2019-2021, got myself back on my feet 2022, and then brought myself back down this year 2023. It's almost 2024 and slowly building that thing inside me that says, "Enough is enough". Giving myself hope that I'll be better again next year

the whole story is he gave his life to christ ,he sat down and prayed to God for a turnover and felt the weight of the world lift off his shoulder

Evertime I go for a run I play this and I always get thurther each time

I use Tyson’s motivation to keep me going it’s pushed me through my depression I’ve got my whole life back from the pain of being depressed it’s champions like this man changes lives of others respect 💪💪💪

Je to jako kolotoč, pokaždý si naskočíš do jiný kabinky a vozíš se nějakým svým "nápadu" o kterým tvrdíš, že je pravda a po chvilce změníš kabinku a zase tvrdíš něco jinýho :D

i've been fighting and fighting to get back to being a resident doctor after burning out in covid, and I'm fighting a losing battle because this system seems to not care about our mental health when you get down to it. I used to be the kind of person who fought hard to succeed but I had a thought the other day - that it's like i'm being pushed under water and each time i'm a little weaker, I have less fight in me. Every day is a bloody struggle to give AF. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" unless it cripples you and repeatedly punishes you mercilessly.

I felt exactly like this and it was not an easy fight. But I'm getting better now u just need to do something, talk to someone and just keep moving forward. Don't give up.

I knew something was wrong with me my whole life

Im a amature boxer from hull England just started age 30 i always wanted to do it since i was 16 i just wanted to be a millionaire well what i can say now is i got a love for the sport its not just the money now im hoping to turn pro at 32 age 34 or 35 world champion and a multi million pound pay day for the winning the belt i arnt given up on my dream even though i should of started at 16 i know i believe i will be world champion my dad was a amature boxer and trainer he was the best boxing trainer in hull in 19 70s he got a medal for it and when i turn pro which i definitely will i know i will be world champion and probably go down history as one of or best best boxer to come from England remember the name rob Carroll
