The strong adhesive damages the skin and removes the oil from the pores for sure, but the pores widen and it is counterproductive.

Oh so this is what it is! I've always had tiny hair on my nose, so when I tried pore strips for the first time I thought the people who find this enjoyable must be clinically insane because it hurt like an absolute bitch.

I've used pore strips many times, and there is always so much that is left behind!

I have it, omg my parents wondered for years why my brother and I always had blackheads all over our noses. It’s basically clogged baby hair pores. For me I personally just use an EOS facial exfoliation tool like twice a week with cetaphil. No need for crazy masks before or after unless you want to. Less product has made my skin more clear and soft.
