It must bother the hell out of these guys that whenever people think about their jobs, SEALs are all anyone thinks of haha. Same with regular soldiers and the way people think about Marines I guess. That Navy team PR is too good.
ОтветитьCSM Ua....what a great thing to see an old battle buddy from 2000-2001! Straight up professional and hardcore warrior. "Bore Brother Bore"!
ОтветитьCan someone explain to me why SEALs wouldn't be used in any maritime operation but rather Army Divers? Is it because the specific mission would require SF focused skillsets?
Ответитьinteresting to see Evinrude outboards.

ОтветитьVery nice to see some exposure of such a niche segment of the Special Operations total force. This was the one course I simply deemed impossible to attain. An underutilized group of exceptional operators🫡

Thank you all for your service and sacrifice!!

ОтветитьWent through the course in the summer of '75. The facility was much more, ahem, humble then, but I was young and stupid, and didn't know it was supposed to be hard. We had the largest number of Emerson rebreathers, outside of a museum.
AFAIK, I hold the record for youngest to ever graduate the course at eighteen.
One of those dudes clearly had tattoos on his knuckles, I thought that wasn't allowed. I got disqualified from AFROTC for having tattoos on my fingers...what gives??
