Ответитьif you like murder, rape, political corruption, flooding, greedy foreigners, carpet bagger realestate scammerss....high pricing on most items....well then.... belize is the place for you.
ОтветитьIt would be interesting to see a comparison between Costa Rica and Panama.
ОтветитьI choose Costa Rica ❤
ОтветитьBelize is too small, too many drug gangs, how could you even compare?
ОтветитьI thought you Nomad said 5 years ago to avoid Belize.
ОтветитьGreat comparison ❤ love to see similar countries get analyzed and compared. Love to see more
ОтветитьI live in Costa Rica. It is extremely expensive compared to the USA. Nearly everything is is imported and is tarrifed at 30%-50% including cars.
Also anything you like food is twice the price. Pomegranates are $26 and a restaurant for two like PF Changs is never under $60.
Sigh…I must admit, Andrew has a tendency to hire pleasant-looking salespeople
ОтветитьYour numbers are outdated for Costa Rica 1500 Pendionado and 150 k for investors
ОтветитьCosta Rica is great! No wars, no military, free university and super low-cost nationalized health care, which covers 100%, even medication, and has been ranked by the U.N. as in the top-20 in the world. People are cool, friendly and real. Great food, music and art scene. Highly-educated workforce. Multi-cultural population. Low violent crime rate. Most people in their 40's or younger speak enough English to get by. The accent is beautiful and easy to understand. I find driving here in the Central Valley metroplex to be even easier than in the States. Cops aren't itching to harrass you for some ridiculous reason, and you just drive smart, prudent, and safe instead of following the letter of the law. It's liberating, TBH. CR isn't perfect, but once you leave the States, you begin realizing just how oppressive it is to live in America and just how screwed-up and backwards the US' war-mongering society and culture is. So glad I left. Been a resident here in paradise, going on 3-years.
ОтветитьHelpful Hint:
Go live in both countries for 90 days before you make a permanent decision.
You speak too fast and unclear. it is HARD to understand what you are saying. SLOW DOWN please.
ОтветитьHa ha…Andrew REALLY likes to have babes working for him :)
ОтветитьCheck Costa Rica Mel Gilpson 400 acres propery. $20Million Dollar.
ОтветитьNo $200K is $150K in Costa Rica
ОтветитьThe realy thing about this video is like Strangers talk about you family vrs you neigbord.
ОтветитьAm from Belize but Costa Rica looks very enticing 😊😊😊
ОтветитьTwo countries I'm really interesting in!!
Brilliant analysis
Thank you
WARNING White men who move to South America are at risk of becoming an alcoholic sex addict
ОтветитьFYI, Belize transfer(stamp tax) is 8%. Only Belize nationals get 5%, so anyone watching this will pay 8%.
ОтветитьIn Costa Rica how obtuse in the land and property laws
ОтветитьTax HAVEN, not Tax Heaven
ОтветитьHow much is healthcare in CR
ОтветитьI know your name is Russian, but you have a Brazilian face.
Anyways, I'll pick Costa Rica since it is more developed and with better economic prospets. Also the beaches and food are beautiful.
you must always mention cannabis laws
ОтветитьBelize baby 💪 🇧🇿🇧🇿
ОтветитьYou are joking right? Costa Rica does not have good infrastructure.
ОтветитьIrena would you come with me to Costa Rica? ❤
ОтветитьMiddle class earners would do better in Costa Rica because its easier to live in a more stable and safe society. Belize would be a better option for those who are able to afford a more isolated residence because this exclusivity is cheaper in less organized countries.
ОтветитьHey man
Now that the 2 year digital nomad visa has been approved for Colombia...can you do a video on that also when doing the video please expound on the taxes you have to pay in Colombia?
I'm very confused on this .
By the way I heard there's not as much to do in Belize as in Costa Rica.
For example during the rainy every day it rains in escazu or San jose ...but 2 hours away in Jaco it does not rain as much there and you can lose 5 lbs by walking in the 95 degree heat on a 3 day weekend
Neither, they both Shit holes.
ОтветитьBelize hands down!! ❤❤
ОтветитьCosta Rica is one of the most expensive countries here in Latin America. Belize has a much better cost of living.
ОтветитьPaguen basuras
ОтветитьIs 200000 dollar the correct sum? I sometimes hear that the sum was reduced to 150000 dollar?
ОтветитьThank you
Ответить$2500 monthly to live luxuriously? Not a chance, everything is expensive, except houses but they aren't cheap. perhaps half the cost of Toronto area homes. even the pineapples and mangoes cost more in San Jose than Toronto, just an untrue statement, you need 10k a month for upper middle class luxury
Ответитьso which country has hotter chicks?
ОтветитьCosta Rica and safety political stability..... The political stability it's because wey don't hace army.... Like Honduras or Perú
ОтветитьBelize: too much crime.
ОтветитьPanama! 🇵🇦
ОтветитьWait wait wait… WHERE HAS He been hiding all the pretty spokeswomen???
ОтветитьCosta Rica is full of expats, prices went up or real estate and cost of living. Also quality services depends of where you live
ОтветитьWhich country did more lockdowns and vaccine passport big brother?
ОтветитьDo you need habla Espanol in Costa Rica?
ОтветитьI'm a CR citizen. I think costs are higher than she is stating. Things like cars and all imported products are double what they are in the US. $750 in rent will be pretty a basic 1br in the city, and those monthly budgets are low for a family of 4.
ОтветитьYou are so charming 😊
ОтветитьInformative video, thank you and very well presented Irena :).
ОтветитьNice countries but not to live there .
