I wanted to make my arena using bombs and accidently awoke her and then i died

i got lucky beacuse plantera bulb spawned in my pre builded arena

I have a problem... the claws of plantera which she always launches towards me get stuck in the air and combo me inside the boxes, did I miss anything?

Works perfectly, just make sure your 'arena' is entirely within the underground Jungle. I also built a tiny room off one of the 'platforms' and stuck a bed in there, then set it as my 'home' point. In a small world, that allows me to go break a bulb anywhere it spawns, Shellphone back to 'home', and then I just have to wait for it to arrive. After a dozen or so kills, I still don't have The Axe, but I've never had Plantera despawn even if the bulb I broke was at the furthest possible point from my 'arena'. It takes a little while for it to arrive, but it does arrive eventually. I don't know if large worlds would have any problems, but I can't imagine why they would. I did have Plantera despawn when I accidentally ported back to my spawn point in the Forest, even though it only took a few seconds to jump back into the Jungle, so I imagine that leaving the Jungle for any reason causes a despawn.

btw if ur confused why the steampunker doesnt sell the teleporters is because in a recent update they instead made the mechanic sell them

Um I checked the wiki and it says you can’t use the teleporter until you defeat plantera. So what am I suppose to do?

so when i go to my steampunker he doesnt sell portals is there a reason for that and if so can you tell me why?

I give up, i spend hours looking for the bulb and still cant find it, i beat all 3 bosses so this is getting boring asf with nothing else to do soonnice game but thebspeed to to slow for me, i wish the spawn rate was better

For some reason plantera was easier than the mechanical bosses for me...I didn't even make an area I just bombed the place to make an opening and grappled around attacking with true nights age
