Tried this recipe yesterday and this is the best noodles I have made so far. Tips like boiling noodles in less water, and Adding the Oil After Staining gives the Best Result etc. gave amazing results. Sesame oil and Red Chili Sauce added so much flavor and the recipe turned out delicious. Thank you Chef for this amazing recipe🙏🏾 but i Have to Take Some Digesto Plan Syrup of Planet Ayurveda Due to my Digestion problem.

Tell you what your noodles are way too sticky.. It should be 70% done while boiling and strained topped with cold water and sprinkled with oil.. So they stay seperated and cooled before adding it's to pan full of vegetables

Dark soy sauce is yuck.

I made like the same way.. everything is good but my noodles were look too much dry

Haai this looks delicious...but I have a doubt..can you please specify which vinegar I should use and which kind of soya sauce? Coz I tried the all purpose soya sauce and rice vinegar and I did not get the indo Chinese taste...I feel like I'm using the wrong vinegar Nd soya sauce...please suggest.
