Fix: CMD not working/not opening in Windows 10

.\sfc /scannow is working instead.

i remember that i was messing with user control and i give my self device owner permission. then i got no permissions at all i didnt knew and i also got logged out and i coudnt enter the password.
so i saw a tutorial that guy showed to change ease of access to command prompt so we could add some codes and login again and from then i never opend cmd but now i want to and its not opening

cmd.exe might be missed in C:\Windows\System32 ,if yes try to copy it from C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and paste it in C:\Windows\System32,this resolved my problem

Hell of a time for me to not ONLY have the text glitch bug where files and properties lose their names and text, but to ALSO have CMD not work or Powershell.

How the hell do I fix this problem when I can't open CMD or see the names/options of files I'm clicking on. I just BARELY got to the scan by seeing a matching picture and a blank text box with the shield icon. That's it. No text whatsoever. I just clicked into the right window by sheer luck.


So without Powershell, CMD, or visible words, how do I fix these problems?
