if Batocera really hated people putting their stuff on a thumb drive and selling it, they'd have licensed it differently. Open source does not mean you can't sell it. Red Hat has been doing this with Linux for decades.

Just reboot your computer tap f12 to get to boot menu and select the drive. don't have to go into bios.

Looks like all this is a mame emulator, big deal, I have a ton of games on mame that goes great with the Tank stick I bought, you can get any game you want and emulate any system, forget that going into bios crap rebooting. Just takes a little practice depending on what emulator you are trying to use.
