This recipe of yours is the best immunity booster as all the parts of the moringa plant are very useful as it has many nutrients required to maintain good health and also has many medicinal properties. The moringa leaves are very beneficial for young as well as old people as it heals bones and joints making them strong. The garlic chutney served with it is amazingly delicious as it contains flavourful spices.

Ответитьकुणाल जी मेरे घर में इसका पेड़ है,ये दो तरह का होता है,एक कड़वा दूसरा मीठा,मीठे वाले में सफेद फूल आते है,दूसरे में गुलाबी रंग केमैने दोनों फूलों की सब्जी बनायी है,इसके पत्तो की सब्जी आलू मेथी कि तरह ही बनती है,वो भी अक्सर मेरे यहां बनती है,🙏

Yeh munga ka saag moringa kab se ban gaya ise tribals of Jharkand tab se khate hain jab se shayad logon ko iske bare mein pata bhi nahi tha. This leaves flowers and fruits all are. eaten. Saagis best to control blood pressure.

ОтветитьMoringa is said not to boil or heat for a long time otherwise all its ingredients go away. Best way to take morning is to dissolve in some lukewarm liquid (water/ milk) and let it simmer for 2 minutes or so. You should not have fried morninga leaves for so long. It is just chlorophyll you are left with, moringa things are gone.

ОтветитьThis is what I call an authentic fusion dish...North Indian paratha made with South Karnataka / Tamil Nadu moringa leaves combined with North Karnataka kempu chutney...

Moringa is said to be boon given by the almighty for human health. We in South love it and use it as one if staple vegetables. Leaves, drumsticks and flowers are all used in our cuisine.
Good to see you propagating bith eating and growing moringa. Just to ad, Moringa is a drought resistant tree, which starts to yield with an year of planting a sapling. Hardly demands any care.
It is prone to attract hairy caterpillars though. These caterpillars can cause severe itching, pain and burning sensation by the mere touch. I mean they would be in thousands as butterflies would lay the eggs under the leaves. ...therefore it would be necessary to prune it once a year during the mating season of butterflies. And it can become a host to colonies of red weaver ants which can sting pretty badly.
Just to be careful....
