Red Dead Redemption 2 - PS5 vs Xbox Series X Load Time & Graphics Comparison

Series X is by far the best way to experience this game (aside from pc obviously) the difference is night and day

Now that I think about it, the raw amount of power MS managed to cram into that Xbox one X last gen for it to play at native 4k, which something even the newer PS5 doesn’t do properly is actually fckin nuts.

I was a playstation fan, but for about 6 months I have xbox x series and instead of ps5 this game looks amazing and feels different on xbox x series. I love the ps5 exclusives, but brother, the games on the xbox x series, I mean the graphics and the way the games move feel like next level. In my opinion.

PS5 version = PS4 Pro version which is checkerboard 4K resolution (up from 1920x2160p)
Series X version = One X version which is Native 4K resolution.

Why Ps5 looks bad😢?

Tried Rd2 on both xbox series x and Ps5. I can say with absolute accuracy that the ps5 version is visually annoying due to the lower resolution than the series x version, I was very disappointed. Rdr2 is a game to enjoy on slow rides in the middle of nature, to enjoy the visual quality.. with ps5 it's not possible, so I uninstalled it.

I have both series X and ps5 and time and again the series X runs older games smoother and better I e noticed only PlayStation exclusives look really good older games are always better on my series x

Coming from an Xbox person I’ve played it on both and it feels great on both… Love watching these types of videos

Series X version runs the Xbox One X version which has 4K resolution.
PS5 runs the PS4 Pro version which has 1080p-1440p resolution.

Really sucks they still haven't made a 4k update for PS5. I'm a PlayStation guy, but I had to buy a One X just play this beautiful game. This game is too gorgeous to play in anything less than 4K.

The xbox is higher resolution and has better vrr and allm support. So it feels smoother and looks clearer

Does RDR2 is running 60fps on ps5? Or it will just be laggy as hell
