Create video content for marketing and website (it’s sooo hard for me!)
Write a cancellation no show policy I’m more comfortable enforcing than the one I have now, then enforce it!
Build my network of therapists doing awesome things.
Find ways to become more cost efficient in my practice with billing as my first target.

Congratulations on the new baby. Being a work from home mom doing telehealth is hard. Its even harder when they know you are home in the office or your room. You will not regret staying home and caring for your babies and being intentional about family life. Continuing education sounds amazing yay to new goals.

Congratulations! I obtained my LCSW back in July 2024. I work full time as a School Social Worker and this December 2024 I started my part time private practice and saw my first client. I would like to grow the practice to 4 consistent clients a week and also be able to do workshops about self care in 2025.

I had no idea what kind of goals a therapist would have for her practice so I found this super interesting! 😊

How about a goal of making a video for those who have no background at all in mental health (like an unrelated degree) and are considering a graduate degree in social work or counseling? Should they take individual courses for credit at a local college to get their feet wet? If so, what courses? Are community colleges ok? Online courses? What are common prerequisites for these programs? How to get recommendations when you have no experience? Questions like these.

I think this is an absolutely essential video for you to do. I do not see one on your channel yet.
