MARVEL'S Phase 4 RECAP: Everything You Need to Know

Thank you so much for your mindful input. I would have spent hundreds of dollars on these movies that boils down to what you've documented in a half hour. It's absolutely ridiculous, television series, movies that end at the beginning of the next movie which leads into a TV series which culminates to emptying my pockets so movie executives can buy another Yacht or jet liner to see the premier of another phase of pointless movies that now incorporate the entire X-Men franchise including the spiderman franchises. Thank you for letting me save a huge amount of money

Honestly, what's happening with the mcu reminds me too much of heroes. First came the critically acclaimed first installment. Then came the second which people didn't like (which i actually did). Then came the third where people are trying to improve only for it to constantly backfire. If things continue as they are, we'll.prob have a moment where the people in charge just give up trying to please people before getting cancelled

How you calling my man’s Robb Stark and then not calling Kit Harrington Jon Snow. Like I get Kit’s name is more recognizable but perfect opportunity lmao.

Honestly curious, but how does Kevin Feige play in all of this? Does he not see what’s being released as of late? Does he approve or is just letting things sort out for themselves?

What a huge difference in cohesion, direction and quality between marvel pre-infinity war and post. Even big title productions, casting original Avengers have been let downs and detached from everything else. Doing them dirty and forgettable, like how is this acceptable to the President of Marvel Studios?

I hope Kingpin ends up getting and using the flagsmasher super soldier serum to heal from his eye injury. As a result because super soldier strong on top of the fact he’s strong already making him an even more dangerous threat for Daredevil, Spider-Man.

I really liked phase 4. I even loved quantumania. Is it weird that I have fun watching all this stuff?

Is She Hulk a God ?

I have no idea how people don’t see most correlation, probably why a lot of people didn’t like the more straightforward approach like the first few phases

I cant even lie i liked the beginning of phase 4. Wandavision and falcon and the winter soldier was pretty good

It started to go wrong for Marvel after Infinity War, with Black Widow.
Natasha Romanov deserved her own standalone film (as did Clint Barton) which should've released while she was still alive in the MCU. This could've been an origin story for both her and Hawkeye, showing how (and why) they joined SHIELD and possibly culminating in the infamous "Budapest" mission they often refer to in passing.
Instead, Clint was completely overlooked, while Natasha's solo movie was an afterthought. Even worse, they decided to ruin her character by making her a brainwashed soldier in a larger army of similar assassins, whereas in the comic books she's more of a Russian James Bond, with her moniker being her code name and representing her unique brand of deadliness.

Phase 4 is a little all over the place but In my opinion it’s good

DEATH IS THE ULTRA BADDIE. PURPLE IS DEATH COLOURS. SHE IS CONTROLLING EVERYTHING. SHE IS MAD EARTH 616 TOOK THE SOULS SHE WANTED. EARTH 616 SETS A BAD PRECEDENT FOR THE OTHER EARTHS. ALSO, EARTH 616 KILLED A VERSION OF HER LOVER THANOS (WHO IS ALSO PURPLE..HINT HINT)

So many missed opportunities with crossovers and cameos. I hope they can save the mcu soon.

Even tho I personally enjoyed stuff like She-Hulk, I can understand if someone doesn't. It's just not for everyone. But the real lows of Phase 4 were stuff like Falcon & The Winter Soldier or the Black Widow movie. Those were just boring reprints of any other generic superhero story. And I know people said that before about the MCU in general but they had such a good start with WonaVision and Loki, wich gave me as an MCU fan real hope... and then came like Hawkeye and I almost fell asleep.

Going to the basketball isn’t an “easy bucket” most times it’s the hardest. Getting fouled makes the shot attempt the better to shoot but I always thought it was dumb to blindly attack the rim then eventually start shooting after attacking a few times.
How about do everything so the defense can’t pin point on you.
