Great explanation!
ОтветитьHe is a hero
ОтветитьThe number of orders for a buy or sell at a particular price is not the only consideration. The number of orders for a buy or sell at a particular price point would have to be substantially greater than the opposite side of the trade; where a ratio is ideally at least 3:1. And for further effect create the same unbalance for price points toward the direction of interest.
Ответить😂 this is 6 years old and almost everything he said is just plain wrong 😂
ОтветитьWith everything i know and observe in actuality i dont believe he was spoofing, anyone can make up things if they want you desapeared
ОтветитьSpoofing should be ...........ILLEGAL......ILLEGAL.....this guy should be arrested.
Ответитьfeeling proud that he was indian
ОтветитьBasically he's exploit the fear
ОтветитьHow do exchanges know when a retail investor is spoofing? If I trade at volumes that are not too jarring, can't I be the next Nav? Basically if I do it subtly, I won't get caught, RIGHT?
Ответитьbut how is it possible that one guy can cause of all this, it doesnt make any sense ..when i just started trading the first thing we learn is that big banks and hedge funds move the market ..not retail traders hmmmm
ОтветитьWhy isnt it made aware that it takes a LOT of capitol and an ability to view very high priced trading data in order to perform such an action.
ОтветитьNow I understand ! Thx Jim from The Office (US) hahaha
ОтветитьAnyone can tell what was he did, maybe we all can copycat and make only enough for daily life, no required millions 😁
ОтветитьHeroe
ОтветитьOH..LETS BLAME THIS INDIAN....No..i don't believe it..many reasons to this..every trader or investor has a right to cancel his order depending on his expectations..he cannot be blamed..he is just a scapegoat...This can be options..futures or cash markets..this are not OTC ..forward contracts ..that ..one HAS TO fulfill the contract conditions..option is a contract which conveys its owner, the holder, the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell an underlying asset or instrument at a specified strike price prior to or on a specified date, depending on the form of the option. ..so..basically..he is not obliged to fulfil the contract..this guy has been just framed..he is an Indian..staying in UK..oh..we did not find a reason..lets blame this Indian...
ОтветитьI guess u r comman man
How do you manage to bring the initial money for trading first time..?
so anybody with big money can move the market..what caused it was not his action but the money he put in.
ОтветитьVery good explanation. Can you please do more videos on this types of topic?
Ответитьwatching this after the Reddit, GME, AMC, NOK episode
Ответитьpoor guy, they stole all his money
ОтветитьIs this possible today?
ОтветитьGreat explanation. I'm only missing one thing: why exactly is it illegal? I can understand it's not exactly moral, or proper (although all that can probably be argued), but which rule makes it illegal?
ОтветитьOh my god unbelievable
ОтветитьThe biggest bs in the 20th century
Ответитьexcellent video great explanation. Sarao is a legend. i'm gonna need to start doing this loll
ОтветитьGreat job!!!
ОтветитьProud to be an Indian trader
ОтветитьIt was a rare 2-sigma situation. Nothing more... Yes, I am a rocket scientist (Rocketdyne).
ОтветитьWell, we all agreed all institutions are spoofing to certain extent but all institutions learn & play by the rules by letting some of their orders getting filled. He was considered to be a bit amateur and such a mishap for him since it was a crash and thoroughly investigated, he was found to be the last one playing off the book.
ОтветитьNonsense, if he successfully did this in the past he should have become a millionaire, I believe every timeframe work the same.
ОтветитьDoesn't make sense to me why other sellers would get spooked and then fill orders at prices way below the closest asking price - wouldn't orders just stack up at prices immediately below where the spoofed volume is?
ОтветитьSo one human out-spoofed the hft spoofers at their own game. Seems fair to me.
ОтветитьI see "manipulation" on a daily basis L2 depth and apps such as bookmap show spoofing all the time, driving up the price as well as down. I guess if there was a crash when they were doing it they would also have police knocking on their door, difference is also they probably have the capital to back up their trades so whether they are "spoofing" or not would be debatable verses someone putting market quotes that far beyond their means... but that leads on to how did his broker allow him to place an order (if it was so huge that it could not be backed up)?
Ответитьthank you~it helps me a lot~
Ответитьhe actually was a good trader
ОтветитьI see this in almost every stock i trade 🤨
ОтветитьLudicrous to hold one man accountable.
ОтветитьI have a question. If the price actually moved up would he move the larger ask a bit higher and keep moving it higher? Is that spoofing?
ОтветитьI personally know a few traders who traded with Nav in London. He is hailed as one of the single greatest traders they have eever seen in their life. He is a true trading prodigy. However, he is too anti-social so you'll never hear of him. NAV = King
Ответитьis that also the concept of using "Iceberg Order" ???
ОтветитьHave been watching someone doing this for the last couple days on the NANO/BTC market
Ответитьclearly explained
Ответитьsuper sexy
Ответитьspoofing all that and flash crash is just a glorified pump and dump with HFT and falsifying the market prices
ОтветитьI feel proud for that one guy who spoofed the shit out of market.
ОтветитьI don't understand how you can do this without having access to the order book [which would allow you to time your orders]. The issue being that retail traders don't have acces to that. or is there a way?
Ответитьcomplete rubbish that one person is responsible for the flash crash, can you say, scapegoat? IF one person could cause that, what does that say about the exchanges and markets? That the most liquid contract in the most liquid markets can easily be manipulated by a guy in his mom's basement? gimme a break
ОтветитьJim from the office!
Ответитьlol this is garbage that dude could not have done this with out help from large funds
Ответить
