You are crazy. I have never waited that long for anything.

The muster drill that you described is the new e-muster drill. Prior to the pandemic, everyone had to line up at the lifeboats and be crammed in like sardines.

Hour for Guy’s? That’s crazy. I never waited more than 15 minutes. I go on the Jubilee this March and it’s the same class as the celebration. So hopefully, I don’t wait that long for Guy’s because I gotta have my Guy’s burger and my rum punch as first meal.

I am bummed you have such a good review. It's getting too hard to book on Carnival and the prices keep going up. We don't need more competition to book Carnival. Can't you lie and say you just had a horrible time and it is the worst cruise line ever????

I consider myself a foodie. However, I have to say that the food on the Carnival Splendor was a lot better than Liberty of the Seas and there were a lot more free options. What I found most ironic is that the dishes that the kitchen screwed up on the Liberty of the Seas were also screwed up on the Celebrity Millennium. The MDR service on the Splendor was also superior to RC. A have taken seven cruises on seven lines ...

Carnival Cruises are fine and food is good and even drinks at late night

Carnival definitely is the fun ship.

Embankment day yeah, it's busy, but after that it never those kind of waits....and I go EVERY year on a carnival cruise....never had those kind of waits.

Your experience is very different from several of my carnival sailings....I have always used my boarding pass on my phone, since covid all their ships have eMuster drills, the wait line at Guy's can definitely be an hour long but only on embarkation day (the fascination of people for burgers is beyond me!) , etc. I would overall not rate the food on-board the Carnival so high, especially their buffet which is simply horrible across all ships. I also agree with your comment about the food on-board RCL is terrible.

Carnival needs to get rid of dead weight leaders like Christine Duffy and John Heald. They are however trying to improve their brand image - revamped menus in collaboration with Emeril Lagase, bringing back the midnight buffet, improved quality of good (except the buffet that still continue to be bad), good pizza, etc.

I sailed with Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas the first time two months ago and the desperate cost-cutting and nickel and diming was in my face throughout. The buffet is tiny with the most limited options. The menu in the MDR is scaled back. The food was mediocre to bad. On board entertainment particularly the aqua show was spot on. The ship was very innovative and bueatiful. However given the constant and desperate cost-cutting I will not be sailing Royal Caribbean again.

Carnival is known for their delicious food!

I’m one of the few who didn’t care for Guys Burgers. Just wasn’t that great to me. Did like the Big Chicken spot though, lol.

Carnival is the worst cruise line..

An hour wait for Guys is insane. I have never waited more than 5 min. What was the hold-up? Also, we sailed on The Allure of the Seas last Christmas, and the food on that ship was also terrible.

I was on Celebration November 12-19, my first time on Celebration but not my first time on Carnival. I definitely loved the ship and had an amazing cruise! We won Family Feud! I had an Aft Excel Suite which was beyond amazing! Celebration has the best WiFi of any Carnival ship I’ve cruised on! I really enjoyed your video! ❤

I’m Gold on Carnival and Diamond on Royal Caribbean. I like both.

I have NEVER had an hour long wait at Guy's on embarkation day. Sorry that was your experience. And the steakhouse is FANTASTIC! Well worth the price.

Carnival has taken a nasty fall. No more carnival for me. 20 cruises,a platinum cruiser and today I turn away from these rude individuals who have changed too many policies in the last three years. I'm done withis miserable cruise line

My wife and I definitely have no desire to cruise Carnival again. We felt nickeled and dimed. The food to us was mediocre, especially in the main dining room. Long story short, our five night cruise in an aft facing balcony room cost us the same amount of money as a Cheeky Corner Suite on Virgin Voyages. Carnival was not horrible. It was okay. But why would someone settle for ‘okay’ when for the same amount of money you can have ‘awesome’?

That is too bad this was your first Carnival Cruise. Carnival is great for having a lot of things included. Not a big drinker nor do like to go to sailaway parties. The food is really good on Carnival. The food isn't so good on RCCL or on NCL. Like traditional dining. Wouldn't like to go on the Bolt. The SteakHouse on Carnival Ships are really good. Carnival Cruise Line is a really good cruise line. The other lines owned by the Carnival Corp are pretty good too.

Did you ever sail on the MSC Seashore?
