When I was diagnosed with diabetes 13 years ago the nurse told me it's okay to drink a sugar cola to bring up my sugar level. Lol after tons of research. I believe eating unprocessed foods and in limitation , and also dri king water will do the trick.

ОтветитьOn that first meal, I'd switch out the egg whites for egg yolks. First of all, I have diarrhea if I eat egg whites, second of all, the yolks have a huge amount of nutrition, thirdly, I hate egg whites. Other than that change, I'd love your first unprocessed meal.

ОтветитьThere is a difference between no processed foods, processed foods, and ultra processed foods. Minimally recessed foods are often fine. Things like Greek plain yogurts, cut apples or applesauce, and dishes made from whole foods. Ultraprocessed foods are the issue.

ОтветитьI grew up on egg yolks and now at age 54 my triglycerides are 54. That's an athlete level even do I am just an regular
person. My mom used to give me 3 raw egg yolks with some sugar as a desert, I ate it frequently. I do not eat it now due to
the sugar do but I eat sun eggs everyday. I did not eat much milk products do. At first when I got my blood work I was
coserned why my triglycerides are way off the chart low but the doctor assured me that they were fine and later I found out
that athletes have this low level triglycerides. I feel very skinny inside. I think a lot of it is due to me liking and eating fruit
everyday and drink black tea but try limit it and foods like meat, chicken and fish only little and sometimes but as much as I want.
I never eat fried foods because I don't like it and do not feel good after eating it. Foods like French fries I only eat baked with
olive oil. I drink full fat milk, eat full fat butter, full fat yogurt, full fat cheese and do not eat any foods with fat removed like low fat
milk, low fat cheese and so on, because I like my foods unprocessed and chemical free. I did eat a little natural processed foods.
And if the doctor or dentists gives me any medication or pain pills I throw it straight into the trash because pain pills slow down
everything. (Except for the scabies medicine and aspirin I used one time when I tried for the first time and ate too many cream
puffs and it plugged up my heart for few days ). I do not eat cream puffs any more. Thanks for your video. I enjoyed it.
No shade, but this is a pretty bad representation of a whole foods diet, there loads more and better tasting vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs, legumes, that you didn’t include. This would cause anyone to hate the diet bc you’re essentially not eating much delicious or comforting foods.

ОтветитьThe banana is GMO 😂. Almost all the green produce n meat which we eat has been altered genetically. So even if we try to avoid processed food ( which I highly agree, try to practice and recommend) , we are still faced with problems … bioengineering etc which has dabbled too much into food

But: Do you think using pesticides is already processing? Then you have to eat organic. Do you think the rain that is falling on the plant is the same as the rain which came down 300 years ago? The air? The soil? The amount of sun that travels through the atmosphere (which you could argue is damaged through C02 emission)?The bees that your fruits need?
You can go full retard on this topic... Most importantly, you should feel good about what you do and what you think. what you eat,, how much you eat. You should feel energized and ideally have as few inflammation in your body as possible.

ОтветитьI have found whole food are so filling! I find it easier for me to eat pretty much the same thing all week. veggies and mashed besns in whole wrap seared on castor iron. Or eggs, avocado and veggies in seared wrap if i want breakfast. Fruit, granola, ginger snaps for snack. Ill do a little more fancy on the weekend. Maybe some fish or steak. I miss coffee!!
