is it wireless?

hey so mine doesn’t have the on off switch on the bottom but it still has the words and stuff like it’s supposed to just no switch and when j plug it into my ps4 it turns on then off really quick and does not connect. what should i do?

I was torn between RK61 and RK100 due to numpad na sobrang need ko at work. But bec of this vid. I am now convinced to go with RK61. Ano po bang app ang ginagamit nyu in case need mo mag enter ng numbers?
