I could recommend a book “a systematic course in the ancient tantric techniques of yoga and kriya” by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. It is a quite thick book (I’m reading it through e-book though), but it has information for people on different levels, starting from zero, explanations for different beliefs, practices. And what I love about it, is that it give a way to understand it “in today’s view “ as well as gives different daily practice program - different levels and time allocated. I personally have not gotten far, but hearing some of information and practices in this video, that I read about, did make me happy. Hope it helps someone!✨🤍

What most foreigners learn is the Postures of Yoga, and forget the soul of it. Yoga is not Just Postures, one just learn to make money out of it. People in the west eat Beef in the evening and do Yoga in the morning, what else can be expected from such souls.
