Thank you so much for this step by step sprouting guide! I made it yesterday and within 48 hours moong sprouted very nicely. I flailed so many time in the past with different types of sprouting recipes.

Hi Ma'am, i used the moong dal sprouts to make moong dal curry, somehow the curry turned out to be too bitter! Any idea what the reason could be? I cooked it the same way i cook the unsprouted dal and that normally comes up fine
