ОтветитьI have these on the stove top for the third time. This is an amazing recipe. I cut back on the oil because I end up freezing a lot of the meat because there are only two of us. I usuallu add some extra chipotles and a few tiny asian hot peppers to bring the heat. Thank you so much.

ОтветитьI made this recipe. Turned out fabulous. I did make a few tweaks. I used chicken bouillon instead of salt. Also used 6 Morita peppers instead of 7. Was really really good!

ОтветитьI had to suffice using only a taco blend i found containing ancho chili powder along with a few other chili blend powders. Could not find the chili's, even the Fiesta brand bags to use. Came out good still for a first run of cooking my own, love tacos de birria

ОтветитьThe Birria taco is a concept that was literally made of just a few years ago in LA California. People in Mexico do not eat Birria like that, especially from the state of Jalisco, where the recipe originated from. The way that you eat Birria is in a stew with onions and cilantro and you used tortilla to eat it with. Plus, the original recipe is made with goat, but people switched it up to beef, which in my opinion taste better, because I am not a fan of goat.
