I have some insights related to bottled water. I live in Greece and here most water brands taste the same, so I just buy the cheap supermarket brand. Also I'm pretty sure that by law, a 500ml bottle of water can't cost more than 50 cents. It's also really common to drink tap water here, I don't like it because it has that chlorine esque aftertaste. I am from Poland and I'll just say that in central/ western Europe we are freaks with water. First of all carbonated water is insanely popular, at least compared to Greece. Here maybe like a sixth or fifth of the water section is dedicated to carbonated water, meanwhile in polish supermarkets it's closer to half. Basically every variant comes in regular and fizzy. There's even lightly fizzy, and very fizzy. Which I find insane because carbonated water tastes disgusting to me. Another very important thing to me is the variety in flavours. Here it's subtle at most, but there it's wildly different. Many waters have a very weird(?) taste to the point where it tastes almost like a carbonated drink that has gone mostly flat. Another random thing, every single brand of bottled water I've bought in Hungary has been absolutely disgusting, like I'd rather stay thirsty levels of disgusting, how do you people live there? Also a lot of them didn't have English on the labels so I kept accidentally buying carbonated water.

A great follow-up to this video would be a comparison of different cities tap water. I used to live in Portland, Oregon and the Tap water there was better than the most expensive bottled water. Other cities, in other parts of the country, oof, terrible. The range of variances is much higher than bottled water.

I usually just buy the cheap store brand but had to get something else because the other was out or not cooled before and I remember there being a german brand that tasted thick.
Like the carbonation was gone an hour after opening and after a few sips it tasted like spit

I climbed in the lake District with my father and grandfather and after climbing up a waterfall that i would guess was about 20ft-30ft we took bottles and drank from it as it was very clean and fast flowing, probably some of the best water iv ever had

As someone whos only drank water for his whole life, people saying water all tastes the same is baffling to me. To me each bottled water has always had the difference between different flavors of soda. My guess is that its because, since i only drink water, im far more attuned to the differences than a normal person

15k timmes more expensive then tap. And tap is fine even in most parts of the us. If not .. get a water treater or something to your house.

Fiji is the only water I willing pay a premium for (an occasional treat when I forget to bring my hydroflask or replace my Pur filter) that buttery mouthfeel is just ❤

I do think I want to try airup, though it's because my girlfriend recommended it to me. but Matt demonstrating how the product physically functions helps a lot I think. I like these sorts of quick demonstrations of what things actually look and feel like because you really can't tell from most ads.

Icelandic is another water brand that has volcanic rock filtering it’s water naturally and yeah there in Iceland and the bottle looks like rich people both coming in with plastic and glass bottles. Y’all should do a part 2 or different water brands

Interesting video! If you have a water bottle, you never need to buy water at the airport. Just bring it through security empty, and use the water fountains in the airport :)

Just an observation here, the taste test was not unbiased. With (almost) every sip the lady was already saying what she thought and making sure our host knew about it! 😂 Looked a bit like he was attempting to agree with her, just human nature. It would have been far more interesting to have them do the test separately. But a great show overall, we have been schooled in what to drink out here on the road ( my husband is an over the road long haul truck driver) so we will try the Fiji water instead of Disani now! Thanks for the info!😊

Really the only thing good about Voss is that you can reuse the bottles and because they’re glass they store well in a hot car

My psychology class did something similar but we poured the water out of the bottles and needed to describe the taste. Next week we were told that the bottles were emptied and then filled with water from the tap. Everyone had made descriptions based on the bottles. I listed them all as unfiltered tap water and asked to add ice to make it taste better.

I give my cat bottled water. I don't drink faucet water so I don't expect my cat to.

I know Dasani you can definitely tell the difference. They also put a lot of salt in their waters. Keeps you thirsty.
