ОтветитьTime really crawled during the superman moves! This workout is focused more on lower body and core, i didnt feel much on my upper body. It was still a great sweat at the end! Fitbit: 139bpm avg, 166bpm max, 196cals

ОтветитьGod the exercises look so easy when she does it but its so hard for me 🙁 whenever I do a work out like this I’m confronted with just how out of shape I really am… I just want to be a bit more fit and healthy but every time I’m struggling so much to complete a single workout. It’s so discouraging. I want to change my lifestyle long term and be more active but….I just don’t believe in myself to do stick to it.
Which is obviously the wrong way to think. And yet I can’t shake the feeling that I’ll fail anyway. Ugh.
