These look really delicious & very useful for adding fillings even to use for a dinner - definitely love the simplicity !!! I think I will try a mushrooms in sauce filling - I'm semi-vegan, eat meat sometimes, so these would be great with minced beef also, or a little chicken & sauce - I really love simple !!! I made this one but it wasn't turned out as it is shown in the video. The tortilla wasn't soft, it was brittle and the taste wasn't pleasant at all.
