I have a molar pregnancy in 2015 . I am currently 38 and I turn 39 in a couple of months . On all three of my pregnancy’s I had placenta previa and I have incompetent cervix. My first pregnancy was successful after surgery ( shirodkar/cerclage). I miscarried the other two and the third was the molar pregnancy . How likely is is for me to have a successful pregnancy at 39 or 40?Everytime I go to the clinic I am terrified because they always say ohhh you have to avoid getting pregnant it is too much risk .

Soon to be 36, I have been tracking my cycle for about 2 months to get more familiar with it. Cycle usually varies between 30 - 33 days.This month I noticed I got my LH peak on day 19, but my BBT didn't peak until day 24 (5 days later). It was a slow progressive rise in temp. Is there anything I can do do bring ovulation closer to day 14? Should I be concerned about ovulating later in cycle? Should I test hormones just in case?
