I avoided eyeshadows for years because they always fell off, even high end ones. I used cream sticks only because it stayed. Then I tried Charlotte Tillbury one and I don't know what technology and formula she put together but it ie amazing. Don't fall off, don't smudge, stays I mean stays. If anyone doubting the hype, her eye shadow palette rocks.

Charlotte Tilbury has a gift in PR, the way she describes her products is always convincing, no wonder , CT cosmetics have gone a long way.
