I’m so happy there’s videos like this to help me through the process because I just shaved it all off. ❤💕thank you ❤
ОтветитьVery pretty! Thanks for sharing your story.
ОтветитьBeautiful!
ОтветитьLovely, in the process of letting mine grow.
Ответитьwow love your story ! mine has just started , you look fab ❤
Ответитьhow do you keep eyebrows brown thank you
ОтветитьYou made the right decision and you look beautiful with your long silver hair! Lots of us are on this journey in redifining age, beauty and gray/silver hair. It’s just a hair color.
Ответитьwow so beautiful
ОтветитьI love long grey hair. who cares what other people think about it.
ОтветитьStunning. In the pictures she actually looks happier with the gray hair confidence is noticeable and her liberation is observable!
ОтветитьI'm 55 with very long grey hair thats in fab condition -we're Free!! You look smazing!!
ОтветитьWhat an amazing article. I too at 53 went cold turkey and ended up not by choice with a pixie. I did look like a chubby old woman!!! My son who is 34 has been salt and pepper and now mostly...silver since he was in his early twenties as he started graying at the age of 14 or 15!!! I have said gray knows no age boundaries. If I had stopped coloring I would have had this beautiful gair in my late 30's easy! I want to encourage a new time ...a new liberation of accepting our ever changing hair and ahowing that gray comes to the young as well!!
ОтветитьGorgeous ❤
ОтветитьYou look amazing Regi, and very stylish.
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьIs there a wash out non permanent dye you can recommend to use for the grow out stage
ОтветитьIt is as if people are offended by the way someone looks with gray hair
ОтветитьI’m tired of dying my hair! My grey is not cool looking as some peoples. I’m not cutting it short as it’s taken all my life to get it this long. Funny thing is I was salt and pepper in high school. I had my own hair dresser…my Aunt Glenda. I loved my Aunt Glenda so much. I wanted to look like her because I thought she was so beautiful and so cool. Her hair was salt and pepper and not because of age. She didn’t get a chance to live that long. She was a beautician and she frosted her hair and after begging for months she finally frosted my hair. It looked pretty good too. She said she didn’t want to damage my hair at such a young age and she was right. Back then it made your hair gummy and it isn’t good for your hair. Now they have healthier ways to achieve that look and pulling hair through that hat hurt a great deal because I’m very tender headed. I can go to my favorite salon and get my hair frosted and when gray grows out it would take six months to even notice which is what I’ll do likely but I’m sure eventually I’ll just stop doing anything to my hair. I sent my daughter to Walgreens to get my normal hair color and she knows full well which one it is and she came back with silver! She said just try it. I had my husband put it on and in thirty minutes I went from looking in my thirties or forty’s to seventy plus! I said I’ll go exactly one week and then it goes back to honey blonde!
Ответитьlove the concept you truly a beautiful person
ОтветитьI've recently decided to stop coloring my hair and it feels liberating. I know it will make me look older, but i am getting older! There's no amount of makeup or hair color that will stop aging so I'm accepting it with grace. I'm more focused on my health rather than just my appearance. My only concern is ageism when applying for a new job. You look beautiful with your new hair!
ОтветитьYou look wonderful and your hair looks so strong! We know many women (mostly as refugees) from eastern countries here: They colour and colour and colour their hair. Today blonde, two weeks later red and two more weeks later black. They seem to have a big thing / problem with hair and personality. They also use extreme makeup and fake nails and never, never ever seem to their true self. (Very many of them smoke very much :-( We find this sad and not helpful in connecting with them :-(
ОтветитьYou are beautiful. If you are the only woman with grey hair in your town, it makes it even more elegant and selected.
ОтветитьGirl you just fine Grey do not ever dye it again
ОтветитьYour hair looks amazing. I am watching this video because I am pondering growing out my grey and I just don’t know how/if I can do it.
ОтветитьBeautiful!
Ответитьyou have the wrong idea why they are staring at you - it's because you are unusually beautiful
ОтветитьYour silver grey hair looks gorgeous ❤❤❤
ОтветитьGorgeous! I'm also looking forward to growing out my natural hair again (mostly light brown with a few silvers).
Ответитьyour hair is BEAUTIFUL 🎉🎉🎉HAIR GOALS!!!❤
ОтветитьTHANK YOU FOR SHARING!!🎉❤ I've started this journey ❤ and I'm chopping my hair and let it go natrally grey SILVER ans am growing it long!!!!
ОтветитьI have long hair and going gray. Mine is coming in like highlights and honestly I love it. No one has ever said anything negative to me. That is pretty bold for someone to say anything but I usually get compliments. My hair is very long too; not just medium long. Thanks for this. Absolutely beautiful! Honestly I wish more women would stop chopping their hair off simply because they are getting older. You can have long hair and keep it looking good. I honestly don't get why so many women chop it all off because of an age.
ОтветитьWow..at 1st i thought you must be in your 30's😊you look gorgeous with the silvers💕
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьWow, your journey is incredibly inspiring. You look amazing. I was just about to dye my hair again this morning because I thought I couldn't stand going gray. But I don't want anymore. Now the first 4 weeks are over for me. I am 54 years old and have been coloring with henna and indigo for the last 10 years every 2 weeks. It was basically awful, the smell, the time, the work, the water consumption and all for 2 weeks.
Luckily I found your video. Thanks for that and all the best Nicole ❣
Absolutely love your hair. Started growing my grey out 4 months and desperate to get rid of the dyed parts. If my hair grows anything like yours I will be very happy. X
ОтветитьYou look stunning. It is a long process. I stopped coloring my hair about 4 months ago and have 2 or 2-1/2" outgrowth. Still determined. Will have an inch off my hair in a couple of days. It as if i have 2 heads of hair. Natural gray with reddish outgrowth.
I should have the majority outgrowth by end of year, i hope.
I thank Heaven for my platinum hair and it's free!
ОтветитьShe should be a model ❤
ОтветитьYou look stunning with the short grey hair!!
ОтветитьI (57) let my grey hair grow out since last december, as l have short hair it went quite fast and l also liked myself. But as suffer from Long Covid also since then l am very pale and have dark bags under the eyes, so l ended up looking quite unhealthy. No accent on „old“, just unhealthy. So l decided to go very light blond so that the outgrowing roots mix up with the artificial colour and l can do the colour just every twoo months or even longer. That is a good compromise for me, and l feel so much better since then. It gives me more courage to keep on fighting with this strange multi symptom Long Covid phenomenon😊
ОтветитьI'm just starting my gray journey, So thankful for all of you others!!!
ОтветитьLoved your video. My last dye was in march.
ОтветитьI like your grey hair better. It's beautiful. I struggled too and caved in. I would dye it once more. This time though enough time has passed where I'm noticing my hair is getting healthy. I love watching my new growth and comparing it against my dried up dyed hair. I have cut the dried ends off twice and now I'm noticing I don't have to do it as often. I'm 51 and I don't owe an explanation to anyone.
ОтветитьYou look gorgeous! I messed up my 6 inches of gray roots, in January by dying them a demi color, not knowing any better, that this was a permanent color change.
Now after finally fixing the color damage in April, I've finally got about 2 inches of new gray root growth! Can't wait until it grows out more!
Grey hair rules!!
She's so beautiful!
ОтветитьEventually, all you want is healthy hair. 😘
ОтветитьOn my way! Thanks for the lovely inspiration!
Ответитьyour hair looks fantastic!
ОтветитьI grew out my hair at the beginning of 2020 and it came out as a beautiful sparkling silver, I went thru a very ugly stage but just wore hats. I now have a long asymmetrical bob and get many compliments on it. I am 58yrs and wish I did it much sooner. Like you I wash it once a week with a purple shampoo and is so healthy and shiny 😊
