Ответитьlikewise 49, the devilpress is too hard on the wrists and my weights aren't all in ones like those ones they get loose when you out your full weight on them. I did some burpeez instead

Ответить50 years old. At the end of each of the 4 rounds, Devil Press sets were too hard. Now, after 15 sessions: I condensed it in 4x supersets. Keep-Going talk is instrumental. God bless!

ОтветитьJust discovered this workout. Quick, effective, hits all the muscles that need to be hit. For now, substituting devil presses (I'll do push ups on the side) for globlet squat with press, devils presses kicked my butt🥵
