For the boars.. throw a couple skulls against the hallway wall. They will chase after it leaving open attack. Wear ring of sacrifice meeting Seath 1st time. No curse, no lost souls.

I somehow avoided getting cursed by going right in front of him so that he couldn’t build up curse but he threw me in the air with spikes

I wanted to get the Moonlight Greatsword by not destroying the crystal cause I kept almost killing him before getting it. I ran up to his chest and ran along his side tail to go around when he shot curse crystal beam - took a few tries but got it. then I destroyed the crystal to kill him

I dunno what I did different, but the first time he killed me I didn't get cursed. I was trying to avoid his attacks and just got killed by the crystals

I'm on PC and I cannot slide down ladders with my dodge button (spacebar)....I assumed it wasn't a thing in dark souls 1 lol

He’s honestly one of the easier bosses in the game, the hard part was getting to him and cutting his tail, the boss himself was pretty easy
