I actually loved when once moved into Canada school in Alberta away from Edmonton (it was really small school in outskirts) and in every bathroom was at least two packs of pads, it was honestly so nice to know that people actually care about girls (and wonen teachers strangely so). No "suck it up" or "well we all have period"... Nowadays I really like new generation teachers way more.

This would be super helpful at my school. I have a friend and we had gym together last year, and one time she came up to me and asked for a pad. I didn’t have any because I don’t have any reason to carry them, so she had to tell our old male coach and walk all the way to the nurse’s office to get one.

I wish my school could put the pads in the bathroom they took them out, so I learned to carry one around all the time in my pants near my hip bone. It’s good cause you can’t see it through your shirt but be careful if your shirt goes to its noticeable. I would have to take one outta my bag after using the one in my pants , and replace it 😭😭MID CLASS TO

Guys my school has free tampons in the girls bathroom and in theory that makes sense but as a trans man the feeling so scrambling because I realised I don’t have a tampon then having to beg one of my friends who is a girl to go get one for me sucks 😭😭😭

It’s so nice that you do this for your students. I’m in 8th grade and they just started restocking the pad dispensers in he bathrooms this year. We don’t get those fancy heating pads and things tho cuz my school be cheapppp.

As a female (who doesn’t have periods besides like- a singular cramp and that’s it) I completely forget that other women have periods.. sometimes my friends tell me “I had to leave because of girl issues” and I tell them “what the hell are ‘girl issues’? I’ve got issues but I’m not leaving class for them” and they tell me they’re getting cramps, so I say “Oh just eat food” AND ISTG I FEEL SO BAD THAT THESE GIRLS GOTTA REMIND ME EVERY OTHER WEEK THAT THEYRE SUFFERING 😭💀
