ОтветитьI practice yoga daily, swim 64 laps (one mile) three or four times each week, plus one session of Pilates each week.
I’m 66 and I have practiced yoga for around ten years. After a lot of research, I found your Programmes online and I practice manflowyoga to maintain/improve balance, strength, endurance and flexibility, especially to minimize lower back pain, along with healthy eating. I see so many people my age and older who can barely move and whose health is compromised. I aim to avoid this happening to me for as long as possible. I used to run marathons/10k/5k and kept getting injuries, so I stopped. Yoga and swimming are habitual for me. A day without one or both is anathema to me. I’m fitter, healthier and stronger than I’ve ever been and while it’s about me being the best I can be, I can keep up with guys and girls half my age on the mat and in the pool.
Great day dean how are you, all i do is yoga 5-6 times a week some times 7, in between i make time for cardio and bodyweight training, thanks for everything Dean been a member for awhile and im man flow yoga for life. Godspeed
ОтветитьFollowing after the lives by a couple months. Currently using the 30 say challenge to restart my fitness training from basically nothing. I’ve started stacking them to add challenge so today I did week one day three and this one (week two day three).
ОтветитьFor this days I'm only doing yoga but usually Im training on the gym doing some routines of machines and another exercises.
ОтветитьThis 30 day challenge is the beginning of my journey. I’ll be incorporating some body weight exercises soon and I’d like to start BJJ in a few months, but want to get my body moving again first.
