The only issue is that people never have patiencs for healing. Every organ has it's own healing and recovering time.
Pain takes you back to yourself, you have to rest more, do more and different excercises, eat healthier, take extra vitamines and supplements, drink more water. Pain tells you to slow down, take it easier and do inner work like meditations as well.
