ОтветитьDay 1:Complete...it was very difficult I had to take several breaks but I cometed my abs were burning 🔥
Day 2:Complete...it was easier than yesterday I feel good my abs feel great
Day3:It was a really sweaty workout some exercises are still difficult but overall it was great I enjoyed it.
So proud of myself that I did it in the first try.. Going to do it for a week straight.... I'll update.. Please remind me if I forget

ОтветитьThe exercises are very good but I think the neck position esp in the first two crunch exercises is not right. The neck should remain aligned with the chest and not protrude while coming up to crunch.
