I watched this video in three different stages of my life😂😂the first time when I was in nursing school. I graduated, passed the Nclex, working at the bedside and watched it again. I got my BSN this year and still watching it. I feel like I always come back to this video.. I’m leaning more towards FNP or acute care NP…

In most states, CRNAs have DEA number and are able to prescribe in the post operative care ( PACU) to treat for all types of dx.

I really hope the American Culture changes when it comes down to "How much money do you make?" Like it's not like people can take that from you. I mean at the end of the day we all get an education in college to increase our income right? Like why should I get an education in something that makes the exact same pay I make now. So in order for people to know if their next career is a good fit to get a raise we would first need to know how much we can expect after graduation in our area.

I’m having a hard time deciding because I would have to go to the icu for the experience. I have 3yrs as a dialysis nurse but I’m afraid of going back to the floor. The C.R.N,A. is geared only for those who have exceptional abilities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervening, evaluating, collaborating and incredible critical thinking/ analytical skills. As a Dr. I value the C.R.N.A.'s contributions to the highest quality patient care with exceptionally positive outcomes.

This country faces a shortage of nurses aids. I can’t get one even for private pay. Make schooling free and up the salaries! Please call your congressman/woman and let them know. Only way to get this problem solved,

I have a cousin who wants to become a CRNA because of the money. He went through nursing school barely studying and getting low B’s on the exams because he was too lazy to study. He relied on his friends for notes and never pay attention to class. I really wonder will people like him still be able to succeed and become a CRNA?

I just completed my bachelor's in plant biology but changed my path to nursing school from medical school.
What I want to know is that does CRNA schools look at last 60units courses gpa or entire undergrad GPA or nursing program gpa when selecting students?
