S.C. Dept. of Natural Resources Studies Impacts of 2015 Flood on Marine Life

South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is analyzing changes in fish populations after the October 2015 floods. Marine Scientist Steve Arnott explains the department is comparing population surveys from 2015-2016 to previous years to determine the impacts.
