This video literally spoke directly to me. Started when I was 19 and I’m 32 now. Never fully committed.
ОтветитьI love it guys! Looking forward to seeing what you put together and running it myself.
ОтветитьHey DJ, here is an idea, you could try training for the Iron Man Triathlon. The standard could be finishing in the Top 3.
ОтветитьI was on area guard duty for a year before I returned back to my unit (3/5 Get Some!!!) I didn’t go to the gym I didn’t run I didn’t do any morning PTs, essentially no physical exercise for a year, I came back to my unit recently and ran a PFT like it was nothing I messed up my pull-ups because I fell of the bar due to my elbow hitting the post but still ran high 1st class. We need a better fitness test for both the PFT and CFT they’re too easy, my scores are consistently 290 PFT 300 CFT every year. I like the idea of a CEA (Combat Endurance Assessment) every quarter, O-course in flak, 10k ruck run (45lbs) under 2 and a half hours and a MUF (maneuver under fire) in under 3 mins
ОтветитьThese dudes are a bunch of clowns 😂😂😂
ОтветитьHim talking about a cop getting out of breath after 25 yd reminds me of Seth Rogen in superbad 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьWhat timing..i just developed a screen test for my self yesertday..about to hit it..fml.
ОтветитьYall could just do the army PT test
ОтветитьThose chairs look so uncomfortable lol
ОтветитьCan't wait for you guys to release this, coming off a back injury and having slipped a bit something like this is exactly what I'd like to have to look forward to and train to.
ОтветитьI know its not a lot of time beforehand , but June 28th is coming up, (RIP to all that paid the ultimate sacrifice that day). Y’all could train for “The Murph” challenge.
To be fair, by what Marcus said, Murph would do the workout with a weighted vest.
Does Cole still work at GBRS or does he spend the majority of his time selling real estate?
ОтветитьMy buddy just bought a 320 and he took a bullet to the knee!
ОтветитьIf I don’t meet my own standards during a workout, there are no consequences. I want to do something because I fear the aftermath of failing.
ОтветитьThis is getting me pumped!!
Ответитьno offense but i thought you were at least 45, based on your vast knowledge and craft
ОтветитьEvery 200 lbs man should be able to squat 500 lbs. overhead press 225 lbs. “Strong people are harder to kill and more useful in general.” —Mark Rippetoe.
Ответитьогромное спасибо
ОтветитьI'm preparing myself for the police selection process in Spain and we have to run 800 meters in the PT phase. It's very challenging as you said. I have a pretty good mark, don't get my wrong, but it will be fantastic if you could do a video of the exercises you mentioned or just at least a recommendation to improve my time in the 800m test. Thank u very much for what you do in general. I've learnt a lot. Thanks to the entire GBRS Group Team from Spain 🙏🤙
ОтветитьI need this in my life
ОтветитьLET’S GOOOO!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
ОтветитьStoked for this fellas. Looking forward to seeing the order in which the movements are placed. I always hated PT tests in the army, looking forward to this because the movements just make more sense for my new reality. Way more all encompassing than standard PT tests that are the way that they are because that’s how it’s always been
ОтветитьGreat idea
ОтветитьI feel like after decades of high level physical performance and training you don’t need an arbitrary test to assess your athletic ability. I fucking know when I’m slipping and am moving towards that problem with vigor until it’s not a problem. But I think you need bad ass activities in your life to reveal when you’re slipping. Combat sports, recreational ball sports, adventure sports, etc
ОтветитьJust test your v02 max and heart rate recovery every 3 months for a simple way to make sure you’re staying on track.
ОтветитьRetired LEO. Fantastic idea
ОтветитьSo here’s a question would you use this test for guys going into a swat selection or would you still have them train for THAT test
ОтветитьMuscles protect bones.
ОтветитьNot gonna lie, if I was in a chase scenario I'm probably gonna throw something at your feet and trip you up. I don't play that chase nonsense. Work smarter, not harder. I'm 6ft and about 200, which isnt bad for my build because my daddy was built like that SAS guy you had on here, but he's 6'4" and he was like 230-250 in his prime. I'm built like him but lady form.
ОтветитьDid the guy ever return with the bottom of the gun that you saw him leave with?
ОтветитьBroke back mountain boys - Beards like hippies/homeless yet they are not , tattoos like gang members/convicts yet they are not .... False ego bull shxtters with mickey mouse tattoos 🤣🤣😂 fkn ridiculous
ОтветитьLooking forward to having you guys release this test and trying it
Ответить❤❤❤
